Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [Company legal name — to be added] ("LoanPathway," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit loanpathway.info (the "Site") or submit a loan request through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you complete our loan request form, we ask for:
- Loan details: requested loan amount and loan purpose.
- Contact and identity details: first and last name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, street address, city, state and ZIP code.
- Financial profile: your own rating of your credit, income source, monthly income, pay frequency, upcoming pay dates and how you are paid (for example, direct deposit).
- Employment details: job title, employer name, employer phone number and time with your employer.
- Housing and personal details: whether you own or rent, time at your current address, marital status and military status.
- Bank account details: account type, bank name, routing number, account number and time with your bank.
- Government identifiers: Social Security number, driver's license number and issuing state.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and browser user-agent (browser and operating system information).
- Device type (for example, mobile or desktop).
- The pages and form steps you view.
- Advertising click identifiers (for example, the Google Ads "gclid") and the search keyword and campaign information included in the link that brought you to the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your loan request and transmit it to our distribution partner and the lenders and lead buyers in its network so they can evaluate it and, if they choose, make you an offer.
- To verify your identity and the information you provide, and to prevent fraud.
- To detect duplicate or repeat submissions.
- To contact you about your request, and, if you have given consent, to send you marketing communications.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including reporting conversions to advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information in the following ways:
- Our distribution partner: When you submit a request, we transmit it to our lead-distribution partner, Lending Revenue (lendingrevenue.net).
- Lenders and lead buyers: Our distribution partner passes your request to lenders and other lead buyers in its network, who may review it, obtain consumer reports about you, contact you and make you an offer. See our Marketing Partners page.
- Marketing partners: If you consent, lenders and marketing partners may contact you about financial products and services.
- Service providers: Companies that help us run the Site, such as our website hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), and providers of analytics, data storage and communications services. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising platforms: We may send click identifiers and conversion events (for example, that a request was submitted) to advertising platforms such as Google Ads to measure ad performance. We do not send your Social Security number or bank account details to advertising platforms.
- Legal and compliance: When we believe disclosure is required by law, court order or government request, or is needed to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred to the acquiring party.
Sharing your request with lenders and lead buyers is done at your direction when you submit the form. We do not sell your information for money outside of this consumer-directed loan-request process. Once a lender, lead buyer or partner receives your information, its use is governed by that company's own privacy policy, not ours.
4. Data Retention
Your Social Security number, bank account number, routing number and driver's license number are transmitted to our distribution partner and its lenders and buyers, and are not retained in our own database.
We keep limited records for up to 24 months for fraud prevention, duplicate detection, compliance and advertising measurement. These records include: the status of your request, your state and ZIP code, loan amount and purpose, income range fields, a one-way hashed (scrambled, non-reversible) version of your email address and phone number used to detect duplicates, your IP address and advertising click identifiers. We may keep information longer if required by law or to resolve a dispute.
5. Data Security
Information you submit through the Site is transmitted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) with 256-bit encryption. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses strictly necessary browser session storage to keep your progress through the form while you complete it. At this time, the Site itself does not set third-party advertising cookies. We measure Google Ads conversions by uploading click identifiers from our server rather than through advertising cookies placed in your browser. If this changes, we will update this Policy.
7. Your Choices
- Calls and texts: Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts from that sender. You may also ask any caller to place you on their do-not-call list.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Contact us: Email [email protected] to revoke your consent to be contacted by LoanPathway.
- Lenders and partners: Because lenders and partners who received your request contact you under their own policies, you may need to opt out with each of them directly.
8. Consumer Reports
We do not ourselves obtain consumer reports (credit reports) about you. By submitting a request, you authorize our partners and the lenders in their network to obtain consumer reports and related information about you, as described in our Credit Authorization. These may include soft inquiries, which do not affect your credit score, and hard inquiries, which may. Each lender will tell you about its own credit practices.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know: You may ask what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
- Right to delete: You may ask us to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct: You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: You may ask us not to "sell" or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. Visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We use sensitive personal information (such as your Social Security number and bank account details) only to process your loan request and for purposes permitted by law.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months
- Identifiers (name, address, email, phone, IP address, click identifiers).
- Personal information described in California Civil Code § 1798.80(e) (bank account details, driver's license number, Social Security number, employment and income information).
- Protected classification characteristics (age/date of birth, marital status, military status).
- Internet or other electronic network activity (pages and form steps viewed, browser and device information).
- Geolocation data (approximate location derived from ZIP code and IP address).
- Professional or employment-related information (employer, job title, time employed).
- Sensitive personal information (Social Security number, driver's license number, bank account number).
We collect these categories directly from you and automatically from your device, for the purposes described in Section 2, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 3.
Some personal information we handle may be subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and may be exempt from certain CCPA requirements.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] or call [(000) 000-0000 — to be added]. Please include your name and the email address and phone number you used on the Site. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with the information we hold. You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of the agent's authority and ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, which may be extended as permitted).
Note that because we do not retain your Social Security number or bank account details, and store your email and phone only in hashed form, we may have limited information to return in response to a request to know.
10. Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other states, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others with comprehensive privacy laws, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising or certain profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal"; we will respond within the time required by your state's law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Nevada residents: You may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing [email protected].
11. Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, to the extent we can link it to you. Note that submitting a loan request is an instruction from you to share that request with lenders, so a GPC signal does not stop the transmission of a request you choose to submit.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to Other Websites
If a lender is able to make you an offer, you may be redirected to that lender's website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. Please review the privacy policy of every website you visit.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
